I love how protracted remnants of a ruefully bygone summer quite easily morph into a pretty and delicious tray bake, perfectly suited to ease us into the new season, hopefully bringing us lots of rain, today being a very good start. I love even more that all is provided by Les Pierres veggie garden: heirloom Musquee de Provence pumpkin, courge pattison / pattypan squash, orange bell pepper, green zebra tomato’s, bull’s blood and chioggia beetroot, carrot, potato, garlic, parsley, sage, rosemary, thyme.
When it works, it all works together.
